RNA interference (RNAi) je molekulární mechanizmus negativní, posttranskripční regulace genové exprese. Umlčování mechanizmem RNAi je založeno na malých, 19-25 nt dlouhých, nekódujících molekulách RNA (miRNA/siRNA). Abstract:
RNA interference (RNAi) is a molecular mechanism of negative post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. The RNAi silencing mechanism is based on small 19-25 nt long non-coding moleculs of RNA (miRNA/siRNA).
