Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem na řízení organizační struktury akciové společnosti. Řeší primárně principy odpovědnosti mezi orgány a řízení orgánu ve vztahu ke společnosti. Dále se v práci objevují některé základní pojmy akciové společnosti, které souvisejí s řídícími orgány a mají pro ně svou podstatu. This thesis looks at the subject of management of the organisational structure of a joint-stock company. It deals primarily with the principles of responsibility between the bodies and the management of a body in relation to the company.
