Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na popis penzijních systémů v oblasti východní Asie. Jsou zde shrnuty výchozí demografické a ekonomické podmínky spolu se základním členěním penzijních systémů a doporučovaným modelem jejich stavby. Ústřední částí je studie vývoje penzijních systémů v Číně, Japonsku, Jižní Koreji a Singapuru. Jsou zde nastíněny i budoucí výzvy, které si žádají nutnost dalších reforem. V závěru …more

This paper focuses on pension systems in East Asia region. Demographic and economic background is presented besides the basic classification and the recommended structure of a pension system. Development of Chinese, Japanese, South Korean and Singaporean pension systems is then described in detail.
