Comparison of Roughness Characteristics of Surfaces Created by Classical Machining Technologies
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality povrchu po obráběním vodním paprskem. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody obrábění, normy ČSN EN ISO 4287, ČSN EN ISO 4288 a chyby měření a měřících přístrojů. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocováním jakosti povrchů obrobků po obrábění vodním paprskem. Data byly získány za použití drsnoměru Taylor Hobson a vyhodnoceny pomocí programu Minitab.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of surface quality after waterjet machining. In the theoretical part, the machining methods, the standards EN ISO 4287, EN ISO 4288 and the measurement errors as well as the measuring instruments are described. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the surface quality of workpieces after waterjet machining. The data were collected using a Taylor …more
