Inventory management in company Kralupol a.s.
Abstract:
Teoretická část je věnována na teoretickém řízení zásob v návaznosti na poptávku, významu zásob, stejně jako modelům pro řízení zásob, které se používají v moderní logistice. Praktická část je konkrétně zaměřena na společnost Kralupol a.s.. Na základě teoretických znalostí, analýzy současného stavu a skladových možností byla navržena konkrétní zlepšení.
Abstract:
The theoretical part is dedicated theoretical inventory management in response to demand, the importance of inventories, as well as models for inventory control that are used in modern logistics. The practical part is specifically focused on the company Kralupol a.s. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and analysis of the current state of the stock options was proposed concrete improvements.
