Analysis of Francis Poulenc's Sextet FP 100
Abstract:
Autor této práce si klade za úkol nejen provést komplexní analýzu skladby Sextet FP 100 Francise Poulenca, nýbrž též představit čtenáři i jednotlivé linie Poulencovy tvorby a obeznámit ho se vznikem a vývojem kompozic pro dechový kvintet a klavír v průběhu první poloviny 20. století.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is not only to analyze comprehensivly Sextuor FP 100 by Francis Poulenc but to present several characteristical traits of Poulenc´s work as well as introducing the genesis and development of compositions for wind quintet and piano during the first half of the 20th century.
