Bakalářská práce pojednává o velmi zajímavé rodině proteinů 14-3-3, později se detailněji zabývá isoformou σ známou rovněž jako stratifin. Zaměřuje se na strukturu 14-3-3, jejich vazebné vlastnosti a především na úlohu buněčných regulátorů. Zde je na působení proteinů 14-3-3 v buněčném cyklu, apoptóze a ve spojitosti s proteinovými produkty možných onkogenů vysvětleno, proč se při vývoji nádorů skutečně …more
Abstract:
This batchelor thesis discusses the 14-3-3 protein family with subsequent focuse on 14-3-3σ isoform also known as stratifin. Aims on the 14-3-3s´ structure, binding properties and especially their function as cell regulators. There is explained their behavior in cell cycle regulation, apoptosis and in association with products of potential oncogenes. As such, they have a double-edged sword character …more
