Abstract:
Bakalářská práce destiláty z hroznů a vín byla vypracována na Ústavu posklizňové technologie na Zahradnické fakultě Mendelovy univerzity v Brně v letech 2015-2016. Cílem práce bylo zaměřit se na sortiment destilátů z hroznů a vín ve vybrané části maloobchodní sítě. Thesis titled Distillates from Grapes and Wines has been developed at the Institute of Postharvest Technology at the Faculty of Horticulture at the Mendel University in Brno in the years 2015-2016.
