Abstract:
Aerosol generovaný během laserové ablace (LA) pevných vzorků a následně transportovaný do hmotnostního spektrometru s indukčně vázaným plazmatem (ICP-MS) byl monitorován pomocí aerosolového analyzátoru DustTrak DrX. Abstract:
The mass of aerosol generated by laser ablation (LA) and transported to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) was monitored during LA-ICP-MS analysis of different solid samples. DustTrak DrX aerosol monitor was plugged in-line between laser ablation unit and ICP-MS. This unique arrangement provides real-time aerosol mass readings without sample changes in the size range 0.1–15 µm.
