The reflection of the animal world in Russian phraseology (in comparison with Czech language)

Abstract:

The main aim of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the problem of phraseologisms in the modern Russian language containing a lexical component related to the animal world. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the general lexicon of the Russian language as well as its lexicology. The subsequent chapter discusses the main topic of this thesis, which is phraseology, the discipline that deals with phraseological units. Among the topics covered are the fundamental concepts of phraseology, the history and formation of phraseology as a linguistic discipline, translation in phraseology, and phraseological dictionaries. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter dealing with the classification of phraseologisms. The practical part focuses on individual analyses of the extracted phraseological units. This involves semantic, translation, and lexical analysis.

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou frazeologizmů v současném ruském jazyce, v jejichž struktuře se vyskytuje lexikální komponent mající vztah se světem zvířat. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je v obecné rovině popsáno lexikum ruského jazyka a také lexikologie. Další kapitola je věnována stěžejnímu tématu práce, a to frazeologii, vědě zabývající se frazeologickými jednotkami. Zmíněny jsou základní frazeologické pojmy, historie a formování frazeologie jakožto jazykovědné disciplíny, překlad ve frazeologii a také frazeologické slovníky. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola zabývající se klasifikací frazeologizmů. Praktická část je zaměřena na jednotlivé dílčí analýzy vyexcerpovaných frazeologických jednotek. Jedná se o sémantickou, překladatelskou a slovnědruhovou analýzu.
