Research of basic characteristics of heat-resistant composite materials.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá výzkumem základních charakteristik tepelně odolných kompozitních materiálů. Jedná se především o stanovení pevnostních charakteristik těchto kompozitů. Připravené kompozity byly vystaveny zvýšené teplotě a poté u nich byla stanovena pevnost v tahu a pevnost v ohybu. Sledované kompozity byly připraveny vrstvením různých technických textilií (běžné uhlíkové vlákno, čedičové vlákno a uhlíkové vlákno Flat-Tow). Jako pojivo byl použit geopolymer FC4. V praktické části je popsána analýza současného stavu a postup výroby kompozitních desek z výztuží z technických textilií. Dále jsou v této části popsány zkoušky jednotlivých vláken i vyrobených kompozitů. Na základě naměřených hodnot jsou zde vyhodnoceny základní charakteristiky tepelně odolných kompozitů. Na závěr bylo provedeno porovnání všech připravených kompozitů a jejich výsledných vlastností. Dále jsou v závěru uvedeny možnosti potenciálního využití vyrobených kompozitů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with research of basic characteristics of heat-resistant composite materials. Especially were tested the strength characteristics of composites. Tensile strength and bending tensile strength were tested at the composites which were exposed to various temperatures. Composites were made by layering of various types of technical textiles (standard carbon, basalt or carbon fiber Flat-Tow). In heat-resistant composites the FC4 geopolymer was used as a binder. The practical part describes the analysis of the current state and the process of production of composite boards which were reinforced by technical textiles. In this part were described tests of individual fibers and composites. The characteristics of the heat-resistant composites are processed from the measured values. Finally, all the prepared composites and their final properties were compared. As a conclusion is presented recommendation for potentially use of heat resistant composites which are based on geopolymer matrix.
