Tato práce pojednává o komiksové narativitě v díle Franka Millera. Práce se zabývá historií komiksu 70. let, teorií komiksového žánru. Rovněž popisuje jeho význam v rámci filmové adaptace komiksu. Rozborem jednotlivých děl série Sin City zjišťujeme, jak Frank Miller pracuje s motivy vizualizace. Tyto motivy jsou popsány v závěru práce a zobrazeny v přílohách. Abstract:
This work deals with comics narativitě in the work of Frank Miller. The work deals with the history of comics 70th years, the theory of comics genre. It also describes its importance within the film adaptation of a comic. Analysis of individual works, a series of Sin City to find out how Frank Miller is working with themes visualization.
