Financing of state budget deficit by issues of bonds

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se v první teoreticko-metodologické části zabývá vznikem deficitu státního rozpočtu, státního dluhu a jejich dalším dělením, důsledky a financováním. Druhá aplikační část obsahuje analýzu vývoje salda státního rozpočtu ČR, popis vývoje státního dluhu ČR, jejich financování a srovnání státního dluhu ČR se státními dluhy členských zemí EU. Dále tato část obsahuje komparaci dluhového managementu ČR s mezinárodními standardy vydanými Mezinárodním měnovým fondem ve spolupráci se Světovou bankou.

Abstract:

First part of this diploma thesis - a theoretical and methodological part - analyses main causes of state budget deficit and national debt and describes the structure, economical consequences and modes of financing of the state deficit and government debt. Second part - an application part - contains analysis of the state budget balance development, description of government debt development and description of financing of both as well as comparison of The Czech Republic debt with government debts of EU member countries. This part of the diploma thesis forms also comparison of The Czech Republic debt management with international standards issued by IMF in cooperation with the World Bank.
