The Calculation of a consolidation diferences of the complex capital structure

Abstract:

Účelem této práce je seznámit čtenáře nejen se základní znalostí konsolidace, kdy je nezbytná a za jakých podmínek je sestavována, ale i se složitějšími případy její kalkulace. Touto prací bych ráda navázala na svou bakalářskou práci, kde jsem se podrobně zaobírala problematikou mateřských a dceřiných společností, jakož i vztahům v rodinném podnikání. Právě tato problematika je jedním ze stavebních kamenů pro konsolidaci. Konsolidační účetní závěrka slouží k informování akcionářů a dalších uživatelů účetní závěrky o finanční pozici, výkonnosti, peněžních tocích a o hospodaření managementu se svěřenými zdroji. Není určena pro daňové účely ani pro rozdělování zisků. Konsolidovaná účetní závěrka se sestavuje na základě účetních závěrek mateřského, dceřiných, přidružených a společných podniků za příslušné účetní období . Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapovat co nejkomplexněji problematiku konsolidací a popsat faktory, které konsolidace ovlivňují

Abstract:

The purpose of this work is to get readers acquainted not only with the basic knowledge of consolidation, when it is necessary and under what conditions it is compiled, but with more complex cases of its calculation, too. With this work I should like to reassume my bachelor work where I dealt in detail with the problems of parent and daughter companies as well as with relations in family enterpreneurship. It is just these problems that are one of the building stones for consolidation. Consolidation statement of accounts is instrumental to informing shareholders and other users of this statement of financial position, efficiency, cash flow and entrusted sources management. It is intended neither for tax purposes nor profit distribution. Consolidation statement of accounts is compiled on the basis of accounts closing of parent, daughter, subsidiary and joining companies for relevant fiscal period. The goal of this diploma work is to map as complex as possible the problems of consolidation and describe the factors which influence the consolidation itself.
