Tato práce je zaměřena na oceňování stavebních pozemků. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány základní pojmy související s oceňováním pozemků, jejich rozdělení, katastr nemovitostí, trh s pozemky a faktory ovlivňující jejich hodnotu. This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the valuation of building lands. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts related to valuation of land, their partition, cadastre of real estate, land market and factors influencing their value.
