Tato práce se zabývala zmapováním historie stravování na českých školách, popisem právního rámce vymezujícího stravování ve školství a přehledem inspirativních projektů, které vznikly za účelem zlepšování povědomí o zdravém stravování jak mezi žáky, tak mezi zaměstnanci školy a rodiči. This thesis mapped the history of school meal consumption in Czech elementary schools, described the legal environment regulating this matter and brought an overview of inspiring projects which were established in order to increase the awareness of healthy meal consumption among pupils, staff and parents.
