Financial and non-financial benefits as incentives in Victoria Volksbanken insurance group

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce klade důraz na finanční a nefinanční benefity. Jedná se o motivační prvky, které jsou v dnešní době velmi hodně využívány. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to teoretickou a analytickou. Teoretická část se zabývá podrobně jednotlivými benefity, potřebami běžného člověka, ale také tvorbou dotazníku. Najdeme zde také teorii zpracování SWOT analýzy. V analytické části jsem stručně představil, VICTORIA VOLKSBANKEN pojišťovnu, a. s. a také jednotlivé produkty, které se řadí mezi ty nejlepší na trhu. Pokračoval jsem výzkumem v jednotlivých pojišťovnách, abych mohl v závěru této práce porovnat a vyhodnotit, kdo vlastně používá nejvíce zaměstnaneckých výhod a také doporučit pracovníkům VICTORIA VOLKSBANKEN pojišťovny, a.s. různá zlepšení, která by určitě zpříjemnila tuto práci, všem pojišťovacím zprostředkovatelům, manažerům, ale také asistentkám jednotlivých poboček a ředitelům, kteří musí odvézt opravdu kus tvrdé práce, aby splnili své každodenní plány.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis will introduce it´s reader to the area of financial and non-financial benefits. These incentive measures are used very often at the present time. The thesis is divided into two parts ? theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part deals in detail with the particular benefits, the needs of ordinary people and also the compilation of the questionnaire. The theory of SWOT analysis processing can be also found in this part. In the analytical part, I briefly introduced the insurence company Victoria Volksbanken a.s. and also the individual products which ranks among the best in the market. I conducted a survey in several insurance companies in order to find out which company offers the widest range of employee benefits. My findings should be also inspirational for Victoria Volksbanken´s management to achieve better motivation not only for managers but also for insurance agents and other employees who work hard to fullfill their daily plans.
