Zpracování projektové dokumentace pro stavbu penzionu s apartmány

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je řešena jako zjednodušená dokumentace pro stavební povolení stavby dle vyhlášky 499/2006 ve znění novely č.62/2013 Sb. Předmětem práce je vypracování projektu penzionu s apartmány, řešené jako ucelené byty. Práce obsahuje technickou zprávu, výkresovou část se stavebním a technickým řešením a statické výpočty vybraných konstrukcí.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is solved as a simplified dokumentation for a building permit according to decree No. 499/2006. The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of a project of guesthouse with apartmens, solved as complete flats. The work contains a technical report, a drawning part with architectural and technical solutions of selected constructions.
