Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou ozbrojených složek na území Československa a dnešní České republiky ve druhé polovině 20. století a zaměřuje se zejména na použití zbraně těmito složkami. Tato práce potom, zachycuje vývoj právní úpravy použití zbraně, poukazuje na jeho některá specifika, a konečně na paralelně probíhající vývoj použití tzv. donucovacích prostředků. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesiss is to describe the legal regulation of armed forces in the territory of the Czech Republic, in the second half of 20th century especially from 1945, in area of using arms in these forces.
