Smartbanking on the Czech banking market

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nabídky smartbankingu vybraných bankovních institucí na bankovním trhu České republiky. Snaží se přiblížit aktuální trendy v této oblasti. Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit úroveň nabídky služeb a parametrů smartbankingu ve čtyřech vybraných bankách. Nejprve jsou vymezeny formy elektronického bankovnictví, jehož druhy jsou podrobně charakterizovány. Dále jsou detailně analyzovány aplikace vybraných bankovních institucí, a to z hlediska především jejich funkčnosti a uživatelského prostředí. Další kapitola se věnuje porovnání nabídky Smartbankingu vybraných bank pro konkrétní požadavky dvou typů klientů – studenta a OSVČ. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení výsledků a nastíněna perspektiva budoucího vývoje smartbankingu.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on analyzing SmartBanking offered by selected banking institutions on the banking market of the Czech Republic and addressing the actual trends in this field. Its primary objective is to evaluate the level of SmartBanking services and parameters offered in four selected banks. Firstly, forms of electronic banking have been identified and characterized in detail. Furthermore, applications offered by the selected banking institutions have been thoroughly analyzed, particularly with respect to their functionality and user environment. The following chapter compares SmartBanking applications offered by the selected banks, taking into consideration specific requirements of two types of clients – a student and a self-employed person. In conclusion, the completed analyses and comparisons have been assessed and used to outline perspective of the future development of SmartBanking.
