Práce popisuje dějiny chmelařství a pivovarnictví na Žatecku od jejich počátku, až do současnosti. Zároveň je zde popsána chmelařstvím ovlivňovaná kultura a architektura na Žatecku.
Abstract:
This work describes the history of hop growing and brewing in Žatec from their beginning to the present. There is also described hop growing industry influenced culture and architecture in the Žatec.
