Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vliv technologií v literárních dílech Fahrenheit 451 a The Circle. Závěry práce naznačují, že nadměrné využívání technologií hlavních postav má negativní dopad vedoucí k dehumanizaci a vzrůstajícímu dohledu, což postihuje podstatu lidské identity a mezilidské interakce. Abstract:
This diploma thesis analyzes the technology’s impact in the selected works Fahrenheit 451 and The Circle. The findings of the thesis suggest that the overuse of technology and the excessive reliance on it negatively affects the characters and becomes a force for dehumanization and surveillance, eroding the essence of identity and interaction between individuals.
