Salon prose in magazine production of the seventies of the 19th century
Abstract:
Disertační práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných salonních próz v dobových časopisech Lumír a Světozor v období sedmdesátých let 19. století. Disertační práce vedle analýzy základních znaků salonní prózy neopomíjí souvislost próz s kultem pořádání společenských salonů nebo též spojitosti s literárněvědným pojmem literární midcult.
Abstract:
The dissertation deals with the analysis of selected salon prose in the contemporary magazines Lumír and Světozor in the 1870s. In addition to the analysis of the basic features of salon prose, the dissertation does not neglect the connection of prose with the cult of organizing social salons or also the connection with the literary concept of literary midcult.
