Bakalářská práce se zabývá informovaností laické veřejnosti o kompetencích ošetřovatelského personálu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zaměřit se konkrétně na pacienty FN Brno a zlepšit jejich informovanost v oblasti kompetencí ošetřovatelského personálu. The Bachelor´s thesis deals with public awareness about the nursing competency. The aim is to improve their awareness about the nursing staff competency.
