Pregradual preparation and beginnings in the profession from the perspective of the beginning teacher

Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá pregraduální přípravou a vstupem do profese z pohledu začínajícího učitele. Práce je členěna na dvě části - teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části práce se zabývám fází pregraduální přípravy budoucích učitelů a fází začínajícího učitele. V empirické části je mým cílem zodpovědět dvě výzkumné otázky: "Jak reflektují začínající učitelé 2. stupně základních škol pregraduální přípravu na vysoké škole?" a "Jak začínající učitelé 2. stupně základních škol vnímají první roky své profesní kariéry?" Pro zodpovězení výzkumných otázek jsem použila kvalitativní výzkum. Realizovala jsem hloubkové polostrukturované rozhovory s devíti začínajícími učiteli základních škol 2. stupně.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the pregradual preparation and beginnings in the profession from the perspective of the beginning teacher. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. The focus of the theoretical part is on description of pregradual teacher education phase and phase of the beginning teacher. The empirical part of my goal is to answer two questions: "How do beginning teachers of 2nd level of primary schools reflect the pregradual teacher education at university?" and "How do beginning teachers of 2nd level of primary schools perceive the first years of their career?" I used qualitative research and depth semistructured interviews with nine beginning teachers of 2nd level of primary schools in order to answer the research questions.
