Analysing of costs sharing from the point of wiew of the tax administrator

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na provedení analýzy sdílených nákladů s ohledem na jejich charakteristiky, tj. vymezení základních pojmů a vztahů, které se k dané problematice sdílených nákladů, vztahují. Současně za využití konkrétních příkladů bude vymezen správný a efektivní postup správce daně provádějícího ověřování správnosti nastavení transferových cen, a to nejen z pohledu výnosů, ale i nákladů. Následně takto vymezený správný a efektivní postup bude zapracován do tzv. metodického pokynu, který by měl sloužit jako návod pro správce daně, provádějící daňovou kontrolu nadnárodních společností (spojených osob), které jsou účastníky projektů sdílených služeb.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the cost sharing with respect to their characteristics, ie. the definition of basic concepts and relations that apply on the issue of cost sharing. Using particular examples it will be defined the correct and efficient procedure of the tax administrator that performs authentication of the accuracy of the setting of transfer prices, and not only from the perspective of revenues, but also costs. Simultaneously, there will be defined he correct and efficient procedure that will be incorporated into the so-called The methodological guideline for the tax administrator that performs the tax audit at the multinational enterprises (related persons), which are participants in the projects od shared services.
