Safety climbing on artificial climbing walls for children under 15 years of age

Abstract:

Závěrečnou a hlavní částí práce je metodická příručka lezení dětí do 15 let. V první části práce je krátké představení lezení, jeho historie a postup stavba lezecké stěny. V další části je uvedeno jaký materiál a vybavení je pro lezce zapotřebí, pokud se chce vydat na umělou lezeckou stěnu. V kapitole Statistika úrazů jsou uvedeny a sepsány nehody, které se v oblasti lezení udály za posledních několik let. Mají zdůraznit narůstající počet nehod, který je způsoben nepozorností nebo nedbalostí. Kapitola Nejčastější chyby na umělých lezeckých stěnách je devatero nejčastějších chyb, kterých se lezci dopouští a na které je potřeba dávat pozor. Závěrečnou a hlavní prací je příručka lezení. Ta po jednotlivých krocích seznámí lezce se správnými postupy a naučí ho základní pravidla, která jsou nutná pro bezpečný pohyb na umělé lezecké stěně. Pro zpracování fotografií byly používány programy Adobe Light Room a Corel Draw Graphic Suite x6, následné zapracované pomocí MS Office 2013.

Abstract:

The final and main part of this thesis is a methodological climbing guide for children under 15 years of age. The first part is a brief introduction of climbing, its history and the way of building a climbing wall. The next section describes which material and equipment climbers need if they want to climb a climbing wall. The chapter Accidents statistics is dedicated to a brief description of accidents and injuries in recent years. This should point out the growing number of accidents caused by the inattention or by carelessness. Chapter Common mistakes on artificial climbing walls is describing nine most common mistakes caused by the climbers which should be avoided. The final and main part of this thesis is a climbing guide. The climber is a step-by-step familiarized with the proper practices and the basic rules which are necessary for safe behavior on climbing walls. For photo processing was used programs Adobe Light Room and Corel Draw Graphic Suite x6, subsequently incorporated using MS Office 2013.
