Handling aggression within teaching "Pesronality training"

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o agresivitě, agresi a vzteku. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teorie obsahuje pojmy, projevy, příčiny vzniku a strategie zvládání vzteku. Blíže pak popisuje vzdělávání studentů sociální pedagogiky v oblasti agrese a agresivity. V praktické části je využit kvalitativní výzkum. Výzkum je zpracován v designu zakotvené teorie. Cílem výzkumu je rozbor interpretace agresivity a vzteku studentů sociální pedagogiky po absolvování kurzu osobnostní příprava 1. Metoda sběru dat proběhla prostřednictvím dotazníku s otevřenými otázkami. Ve výzkumné části je také provedeno třístupňové kódování. Data jsou v závěru práce vyhodnocena a je interpretován výsledný teoretický model. Výzkumné výsledky naznačují, že absolvování kurzu osobnostní příprava 1 má potenciál podpořit rozvojové procesy studentů v oblasti sebepoznání. Konkrétně se tato iniciativa zaměřuje na rozpoznání a identifikaci projevů a intenzity vzteku u jedinců, kteří se zúčastnili kurzu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with aggressiveness, aggression and anger. It is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The theory contains concepts, manifestations, causes of origin and strategy of anger management. It further describes the education of social pedagogy student in the area of aggression and aggressiveness. In the practical part, qualitative research is used. The research is processed in the design of the embedded theory. The aim of the research is to analyze the interpretation of aggression and anger of social pedagogy students after the completion of the Personality Training 1 course. The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire with open questions. In the research part a three-step coding is also performed. The data is evaluated at the end of the thesis and resulting theoretical model is interpreted. The research results indicate that completion of the Personality Training 1 course has the potential to support the development processes of students in the area of self-knowledge. Specifically, this initiative focuses on recognition and identification of manifestations and intensity of anger in individuals who attended the course.
