Vliv foliární výživy na obsah selenu, fytochelatinů a antioxidační aktivitu v píci jetele lučního a jílku vytrvalého

Effect of foliar nutrition on concentration of selenium, phytochelatins and antioxidant indicators in the forage of red clover and perennial ryegrass

Abstract:

Předložená práce zkoumá vliv rozdílných dávek a forem foliárně aplikovaného selenu na antioxidační ukazatele, koncentraci fytochelatinů, produkci nadzemní hmoty a koncentraci selenu v nadzemní hmotě jetele lučního (Trifolium pratense L.) a jílku vytrvalého (Lolium perenne L.). Rostliny byly v rámci nádobového experimentu umístěny v klimaboxech s řízenými podmínkami prostředí, upravena byla teplota, vlhkost a světelný režim. V pokusu byl použit selen ve formě selenanu a seleničitanu jako selenan sodný a seleničitan sodný v koncentracích odpovídajících 2; 4 a 20 mg.m-2 Se. Vzorky nadzemní hmoty byly analyzovány pomocí chromatografických a spektrofotometrických metod. Hodnoceny byly antioxidační ukazatele, koncentrace fytochelatinů a koncentrace selenu. U všech pokusných variant byla po provedené foliární aplikaci selenu zjištěna prokazatelně vyšší koncentrace selenu v nadzemní hmotě a koncentrace fytochelatinu 3 v porovnání s kontrolní skupinou. Produkce nadzemní hmoty nebyla foliární aplikací selenu ovlivněna. Z uvedených výsledků je patrné, že přiměřená dávka foliárně aplikovaného selenu zvyšuje koncentraci tohoto prvku v nadzemní biomase pícnin bez negativního vlivu na jejich výnos.

Abstract:

This work is focused on studying the effect of different doses and forms of foliary applicated selenium on different antioxidant indicators, concentration of phytochelatins, yield of aboveground plant biomass and concentration of selenium in the aboveground biomass of red clover and perennial ryegrass. This experiment was carried out as a pot experiment and these pots were placed in the climabox. In our experiment the selenium was applicated in two different forms (selenite or selenate) at the concentrations corresponding to an amount of 2; 4 and 20 mg.m-2 of Se. The samples of green mass were afterwards analysed using chromatographic and spectrophotometric methods. Compared to the control group all the treated groups had significantly higher concentration of selenium and phytochelatin 3 in the aboveground plant biomass after the foliar application of selenium. The yield of aboveground biomass was not affected by the foliar application of selenium. The results of above mentioned analyses show that an appropriate dosis of foliary applicated selenium increases the concentration of selenium in the aboveground biomass without having negative effect on the yield.
