Abstract:
Tato absolventská práce se zabývá hodnocením státních opatření v sociální práci. Jednotlivé kapitoly rozebírají okolnosti, které souvisí s distribucí pomoci potřebným. Práce se také zaobírá legitimitou státní moci a státní autoritou. Pro posouzení účelnosti státní sociální politiky jsou využity politicko-ekonomické teorie anarchokapitalismu a libertarianismu. This thesis focuses on the assessment of state arrangements in social work. Individual chapters examine circumstances related to the distribution of assistance to those in need. The thesis also touches on the legitimacy of state power and state authority.
