Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast bojových sportů. V teoretické části představuje thajský box od jeho vniku po současnost, dále popisuje základní techniky a pravidla thajského boxu. Zpracované teoretické poznatky se dále zaměřují na teoretické vymezení rozdílů ve sportovním tréninku žen a mužů a specifikaci sportovní přípravy v tomto sportu obecně. The bachelor thesis is focused on the field of martial arts. In the theoretical part, the Thai boxing from its inception to the present presents the basic techniques and rules of Thai boxing. The theoretical knowledge is further focused on the theoretical definition of differences in sports training of women and men and the specification of sports training in this sport in general.
