Inovace Sportovní Organizace

Abstract:

V neustále měnícím se světě sportu a podnikání čelí organizace neustálým výzvám, které poukazují na nutnost strategických inovací. Cíl bakalářské práce je analyzovat interní zdroje, provést komplexní analýzu vnějšího prostředí a vytvořit doporučení a návrhy na inovaci organizace a vylepšení její strategie. K dosažení tohoto cíle byly použity analytické nástroje jako Stakeholder analýza, PESTEL, Porterova Analýza 5 sil, Životní Cyklus Odvětví, VRIO analýza, Srovnání s konkurencí, SWOT analýza a nakonec Scénáře. Zjištění odhalují významné strategické nedostatky, příležitosti a hrozby, kterým organizace čelí v neustále se měnícím světě, jako jsou zastaralé metody koučování nebo omezené používání herních technologií. V práci následují doporučení pro organizaci, včetně investic do nových herních technologií nebo zapojení se do mezinárodních programů za účelem strategického rozvoje a inovací organizace. Pokud jsou navrhovaná doporučení pro zlepšení plně a správně implementována, může organizace strategicky inovovat, zlepšovat se a růst.

Abstract:

In the turbulent world of sports and business, organizations face constant challenges, bringing the necessity of strategic innovation to light. The bachelor thesis aims to analyze internal resources, perform a comprehensive external environment analysis, and create recommendations and proposals to innovate the organization and enhance their strategy. To achieve this goal, analytical tools such as Stakeholder analysis, PESTEL, Porters Five Forces, Industry Life Cycle, VRIO, Benchmarking, SWOT, and finally Scenario Planning were employed. The findings uncover significant strategic gaps, opportunities, and threats that the organization faces in the constantly changing world such as outdated coaching methods or the limited use of in-game technology. The thesis follows with recommendations to the organization including investing in new in-game technologies or joining international programs to strategically evolve and innovate the organization. If the suggested recommendations for improvement are fully and correctly implemented, the organization can strategically innovate, improve, and grow.
