Práce je zaměřena na exekuční řízení, soudního exekutora a činnost exekutorského úřadu. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsem se pokusil nastínit problematiku exekučního řízení a postupů při provádění exekuce. Zabýval jsem se jednotlivými způsoby provedení exekuce, dále odkladem a zastavením exekuce. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on exekutory procedure, distrainer and agenda of distrainer office. In theoretical and methodological part I described issues of the exekutory procedure and processes during the enforcement of claims.
