The position of the police of the Czech republic in security system of the Czech republic, its tasks and competencies

Anotace:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu právního postavení Policie České republiky v rámci bezpečnostního systému České republiky. Práce mapuje historii policejních složek na území České republiky a zkoumá základní úkoly a kompetence Policie ČR v současnosti. Organizační struktura Policie ČR a základní povinnosti policistů jsou detailně analyzovány, stejně jako jejich oprávnění. Dále jsou zkoumány spolupráce a další vztahy Policie ČR v rámci bezpečnostního systému. Závěrem jsou prezentovány kritické reflexe platné právní úpravy a případné návrhy na její zlepšení (de lege ferenda). Pro zpracování textu je využita literární rešerše a metody analýzy psaného textu, včetně dedukce, indukce, syntézy a komparace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the legal status of the Police of the Czech Republic within the security system of the Czech Republic. The thesis outlines the history of police forces in the territory of the Czech Republic and examines the basic tasks and competencies of the Police of the Czech Republic at present. The organizational structure of the Police of the Czech Republic and the basic duties of police officers are analyzed in detail, as well as their authorities. Furthermore, cooperation and other relations of the Police of the Czech Republic within the security system are examined. Critical reflections on the current legal regulations and possible proposals for their improvement (de lege ferenda) are presented in conclusion. Literary research and methods of analysis of written text, including deduction, induction, synthesis, and comparison, are utilized for text processing.
