Controlling and its applicability in the organization

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis tries to bring the reader an overall controlling process in the organization. The theoretical part is mainly controlling characteristics and theoretical definitions and components. It focuses on the basic definition of controlling, to describe a controller, controlling the position in the organizational structure, its goals and core functions, tasks and forms. Analytical section focuses on controlling the practice and describes the process of controlling the introduction, the subsequent implementation of the enterprise and also in controlling the state of Slovak business entities.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa snaží priblížiť čitateľovi celkový controllingový proces v organizácii. V teoretickej časti je predovšetkým charakteristika controllingu a teoretické vymedzenie pojmov a súčastí. Je zameraná na základné definície pojmu controlling, na popis controllera, na postavenie controllingu v organizačnej štruktúre, jeho ciele a na základné funkcie, úlohy a formy. Analytická časť sa zameriava na controlling v praxi a popisuje proces zavádzania controllingu, následnú implementáciu v podniku a tiež stav controllingu v slovenských podnikateľských subjektoch.
