Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou procesu sdílení znalostí ve vybraném podniku. Zhodnocuje se zde současný stav podniku z hlediska využití nástrojů pro sdílení znalostí. Následně se provádí rozhodovací proces mezi nabízenými softwary pro sdílení znalostí za účelem eliminace zjištěného problému nedostatečného sdílení znalostí v podniku. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the process of knowledge sharing in a selected company. It assesses the current state of the company in terms of knowledge sharing tools.
