V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme ekologickému poplatku, který je v legislativě České republiky platný od 1.1.2009. Práce je členěna do tří kapitol. In this work we deal about environmental fee, which is in Czech legislation in force from 1.1.2009. The work is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter is defined environmental fee together with other legislative news, valid since 2009. The second chapter presents the data with which we work and it's editing.
