Abstract:
Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá výskytem a účinky genotoxických látek ve složkách životního prostředí. Práce charakterizuje detekční systémy, které jsou nejčastěji využívány pro detekci mutagenity environmentálních vzorků. Abstract:
In theoretical part this diploma thesis deals with the occurrence and the effects of genotoxic substances in the components of environment. The thesis points out the detection systems that are used to detect mutagenicity of the environmental samples. The experimental part evaluates the mutagenity of individual samples of sedimentary dust from road surroundings by using the Ames test. The samples have …more
