Foot deformities caused by specific shoes

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na téma deformit nohou způsobené specifickou obuví. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o tom, jak konvenční obuvi ničí naše chodidla. Popisuje, jak vypadá chodidlo nikdy neobutého domorodce ve srovnání s nohou Evropana. Zároveň upozorňuje na nevhodné prvky návrhu obuvi, a to, jak se mohou podílet na vzniku patologií chodidla. Popis historických prvků obuvi a jejich demonstrace na specifické obuvi dnešní doby (kopačka, sprinterská tretra, lezečka). Dále jsou popsány nejčastěji vzniklé deformity nohy a vyzdvihnuty informace o jejich léčbě. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo na základě získaných informací vytvořit soubor kompenzačních cvičení jako prevence vzniku deformity u daného sportu, ale také jako prostředek k léčbě deformity již vzniklé. Následné doporučení, jak správně zapojit nohu do funkce, stimulovat ji a zatížit během lokomoce. Závěrem doporučení, jak si vhodnou obuv vybrat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focus on foot deformities caused by specific shoes. The theoretic part says how conventional shoes destroy our foot. Describe the diference between the foot of native people and foot of european people. Also it draws attention to inappropriate elements of footwear design and how they can contribute to foot pathology. Description of historical elements of shoes and their demonstration on specific shoes of today (football boot, sprinter spike, climbing shoe). The most frequent leg deformities are described and information about their treatment is highlighted. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to create a set of compensatory exercises based on the information obtained as a prevention of deformity in the specific sport, but also as a means to treat the deformity already incurred. Subsequent suggestions on how to properly engage the foot, stimulate it and load it during locomotion. Finally recommend how to choose the appropriate shoes.
