Predmetom diplomovej práce ,, Sila podnikovej kultúry a fluktuácia zamestnancov ʼʼ je zhodnotenie obsahu a sily kultúry prevládajúcej v skúmanej organizácií a vplyv na fluktuáciu pracovníkov. Práca je rozdelená na niekoľko kapitol.
