Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projevy zdvořilosti v internetové komunikaci. Primárně je zaměřena na e-mailovou komunikaci, okrajově na komunikaci prostřednictvím komentářů na Facebooku. Základem teoretické části jsou poznatky z relevantní odborné literatury, podstatou je výklad klíčových pojmů. This bachelor thesis deals with the indicators of politeness in internet communication. The focus is primary on e-mail communication, secondary on communication via comments on Facebook. The pieces of knowledge from relevant references comprise the basis of the theoretical part in which the interpretation of key concepts is essential.
