Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělená do částí, odborné a legislativní části, obecné a závěrečné části. Celá práce se zabývá léčebnými přípravky pro moderní terapii, ty jako takové podléhají kontrole ze strany Státního ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv. V obecné části si představíme základní definice léčivých přípravků v moderní terapii a jejich charakteristiku a využitelnost. Jsou na ně vázány konkrétní zákony, které si představíme v odborné a legislativní části v jejich zjednodušené podobě. Vzhledem k neustále narůstající poptávce po nových léčivých přípravcích a jejich uvedení do bežného užití, se zamyslíme nad celou problematikou z manažerského pohledu a finanční udržitelnosti takového zařízení, kterou představím závěrem své práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is divided into parts, professional and legislative parts, general and final part. The whole work deals with advanced therapy medicinal products, those which are subject to control by the State Institute for Drug Control. In the general part, we will introduce the basic definitions of advanced therapy, medicinal products and their characteristics and usability. They are bound by specific laws, which we present in the professional and legislative parts in their simplified form. Given the ever-increasing demand for new medicinal products and their introduction into common use, I will consider the whole issue from the managerial point of view and the financial sustainability of such equipment that I will present at the end of my work.
