Criminal novel belongs, not only in German speaking countries, to a favourite genre. This work discusses the last criminal novel of a contemporary Austrian author Wolf Haas- Der Brenner und der liebe Gott, issued in 2009. Kriminálny román patrí nie len v nemecky hovoriacich krajinách k obľúbenému žánru. Táto práca sa zaoberá posledným kriminálnym románom súčasného rakúskeho autora Wolfa Haasa - Der Brenner und der liebe Gott, ktorý vyšiel v roku 2009.
