The Nursing Care of the Patient with Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Limbs Treated by Thrombolysis in the Angiology ICU.

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s hlubokou žilní trombózou DK léčenou trombolýzou na oddělení angiologické JIP. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány etiologie, patofyziologie, rizikové faktory, klinický obraz, komplikace, diagnostika, léčba a prevence žilní trombózy. Součástí teoretické části je popis biologických a psychosociálních potřeb pacientů. Autor práce se zaměřuje i na specifika ambulantní léčby a hospitalizace. Praktická část práce je zpracovaná formou kazuistiky dle modelu Marjory Gordon, která mapuje ošetřovatelský proces u mladé pacientky hospitalizované z důvodu akutní trombózy levé dolní končetiny. Ošetřovatelské diagnózy byly seřazeny dle závažnosti a byly vybrány celkem dvě aktuální diagnózy a jedna potenciální diagnóza. U vybraných diagnóz byl zpracován plán ošetřovatelské péče, byly určeny cíle, intervence, jejich realizace a výsledky poskytované péče. Závěrem praktické části je doporučení pro sestry, pacienty s podobnou diagnózou a rodinné příslušníky. Na konci bakalářské práce je edukační leták o prevenci žilní trombózy.

Abstract:

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the nursing care of the patient with deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs treated by thrombolysis in the angiology ICU. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes etiology, pathophysiology, risk factors, clinical image, complications, diagnosis and treatment of thrombosis. The theoretical part is also focused on biological and psychosocial needs of patients. The author focuses on specifics of outpatient treatment and hospitalization. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is written in casuistic form according to the model by Marjory Gordon which surveys the nursing care of a young female patient who was hospitalized due to acute thrombosis of left lower limb. The nursing diagnoses were ordered according to the severity. Two current diagnoses and one potential diagnosis were selected. For selected diagnoses, a nursing care plan was developed, goals, interventions, their implementation and outcomes of care were determined. The conclusion of the practical part is a recommendation for nurses, patients with a similar diagnosis and their family members. At the end of the bachelor thesis is an educational leaflet about the prevention of venous thrombosis.
