Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany práv spotřebitelů v obchodních řetězcích. The Master thesis deals the protection of consumer rights in the commercial chain stores. The theoretical part is characterized by both legislative, but also the institutional framework of consumer protection in the Czech Republic, after have joined the European Union.
