Přirozeně se vyskytující pseurotiny se řadí k sekundárním metabolitům vláknitých hub. Vedle přírodních pseurotinů je možné připravit řadu strukturních analogů. Pseurotiny jsou látky s širokým spektrem biologické aktivity. Tato práce se zabývá vlivem přírodních pseurotinů a dvou vybraných analogů na imunitní odpověď klidových a lipopolysacharidem z bakterie Escherichia coli stimulovaných makrofágů. …more
Abstract:
Natural pseurotins are secondary metabolites of filamentous fungi. It is possible to prepare structural analogs of natural pseurotins. These substances have a wide range of bioactivity. This thesis studies the effects of two natural pseurotins and two structural analogs on immune response of macrophages stimulated by lipopolysaccharide from bacterium Escherichia coli and on unstimulated macrophages …more
