E-shop activities analysis using Web Mining.

Abstract:

Práce je věnována analýze aktivit elektronického obchodu s využitím web miningu. Teoretická část seznamuje s definicí data minigu, podrobněji je pojednáno o CRISP-DM metodologii, typech a modelech elektronických obchodů a metodách měření. Stěžejní částí diplomové práce je provedení analýz prostřednictvím metod web miningu včetně zhodnocení výsledků a doporučení majiteli obchodu.

Abstract:

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of e-commerce activities with the use of web mining. The theoretical part introduces the definition of data mining, in more details are discussed - CRISP -DM methodology, types and models of electronic commerce and measurement methods. The main part of the thesis is to undertake analysis via the web mining methods, including evaluation of results and recommendations to the store owner.
