Enzymová imunostanovení nacházejí široké uplatnění při detekci analytů s vysokou citlivostí a specifitou. Enzymy však mají řadu nedostatků, jako je vy-soká cena a omezená stabilita. Enzyme immunoassays are widely used for the detection of analytes with high sensitivity and specificity. However, enzymes have a set of shortcomings, such as high cost and limited stability. These disadvantages can be eliminated by the use of nanoparticles with catalytic activity, which confer high stability with low expenses for their preparation.
