Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou managerských kompetencí zaměstnanců Lékárny Vodičkova. Zdravotnictví a lékárenství se nachází v době neustálých změn. Každým rokem roste počet lékáren a mnohé z nich se na státem částečně regulovaném konkurenčním trhu potýkají s existenčními problémy. Jednou z cest jak uspět v tomto prostředí je zaměřit se na efektivní management, řízení organizací a hlavně rozvoj klíčových zaměstnanců a jejich částečný přerod ze zdravotnických specialistů na managery. V teoretické části práce autor shrnuje základní přístupy týkající se pojmu, definic, druhů a identifikování kompetencí a snaží se skrze tyto poznatky propracovat k současným moderním trendům kompetenčních modelů a jejich významu pro další rozvoj zaměstnanců. Praktická část představuje stručné seznámení s oborem lékárenství, s firmou Lekia, a.s., s požadavky na odbornou a specialůizovanou způsobilost pracovníků lékáren, s přeměnou zdravotnických specialistů-farmaceutů v odborníky na řízení (managery). Jádro praktické části reprezentuje posuzování úrovně rozvoje kompetencí vedoucích pracovníků lékárny a naznačení cest jejich dalšího rozvoje.

Abstract:

The bacheloras thesis deals with managerial responsibilities staff of the Apothecary´s Vodičkova. Health service and pharmaceutical chemist´s are situated in the time of fluctuating changes. The number of the chemist´s is increased every year and most of them have problems with existence on the competition market partialy regulated by state. One way how to be succesful is on the effective management of organizationes and development leading staff and turning medically oriented specialists into manageres. The theoretical part of thesis describes basic theoretical approches to idea, definitiones, kinds and identifikations of responsibilities and thru these pieces of knowledge to wade through to present modern trends in the competences models and their importance for develop of employees. The practical part of thesis describes pharmaceutical branch, company Lekia, plc., requirements to professional and special responsibilities of apothecary´s staff, turning healthy specialists to managers. The head part bacheloras thesis describes assessement of the level competence pharmaceutical managers and indicates manageres further developing.
