Dizertačná práca je zameraná na štúdium vplyvu signálnych molekúl pochádzajúcich z mitochondrií, ktoré sa uvoľňujú z axónov počas Wallerovej degenerácii po poranení periférnych nervov. Vďaka podobnosti N-formylových peptidov a mitochondriálnej DNA obsahujúcej nemetylovaných CpG-DNA/ODN s bakteriálnymi komponentmi a bohatému zastúpeniu mitochondrií v axónoch majú tieto endogénne molekuly uvoľnené pri …more
Abstract:
The dissertation is focused on the study of the influence of signaling molecules originating from mitochondria, which are released from the axons during Wallerian degeneration after the peripheral nerve injury.
